It's so exciting to get started on this project! First, make sure all the parts are clean (use food-safe cleaners). Then, it's time to assemble the beater (install the seal onto the beater). Next, assemble the air pump (follow the video step by step). Finally, put all the parts of the air pump back in and you're all set for installation!

Please refer to the video for how to disassemble the pars of the soft ice cream machine. 1st: Disassemble the beater (remove the seal from the beater). 2nd: Disassemble the dispensing door (gasket, O-ring, retention pin, draw handle, draw valve, draw valve using O-ring, cap using O-ring); 3rd Disassemble air pump (tube, O-ring, suction tubes, springs, and stoppers out of air pumps, unscrew bolts on air pump housings; separate air pump covers from shells & gears.

The parts should be removed from the BQ848PYDE cylinder and hopper.

The first step is to remove the dispensing-door hand screws and the dispensing door. The second step is to remove the beater from the cylinder. The third step is to remove the hopper agitator (both hopper). Finally, remove the air pump and tube (from machine both hopper).
